 - Possible to change FTP connection timeout.
 - Applied new USA Daylight Saving Time rules.
 - Possible to search for an LDAP user in several containers at login.
 - Added TLS security to FTP client;
	- Added TLS certificate storage in config.ini.
	- Addedd FTP security help and a certificate web page.
	- Possible to load TLS server certificates from a file.

 Corrected problems in version 3.12
 ==================================

 - Xerox DocuMate 510 and Fujitsu fi-4010CU warmup corrections.
 - Visioneer 9450 warmup corrections.
 - Do not display destinations if no supported scanner is connected.
 - Couldn't use index for scanned files on Cerberus FTP server.
 - A restart will not reset addressbook parameters.
 - Now all server names (DNS) in parameters can be 255 characters long.
 - File Destination Defaults are not for "E-mail with URL" destinations.
 - Filenamenumbering for uploaded scans shall start at 1, not 0.
 - No pause between simplex ADF pages from HP 82XX.
 - LDAP addressbook retrieval and LDAP authentication corrections.
 - New calibration for some HP scanners.
 - Scanning A3 from flatbed didn't work from Fujitsu 6xx0 scanners.
 - Some Visioneer/Xerox/Fujitsu scanners crashed the 70u if a shorter
   sheet than specified was used in the ADF.
