F01: Added a new GUI (Graphical User Interface).
F02: A new licensing model has been introduced.
F03: The new license model requires "My Axis" account to register license codes or request a demo version.
F04: Added duplicated API endpoints for fetching data for Occupancy Estimator.

Corrections in 3.10.0 since 3.08.15
================================
C01: Moved the "Maintenance" option from under "Help" to the main manu.
C02: Corrected disabled proxy issues when configuring proxy from GUI.
C03: Removed NTP and DHCP settings from GUI. These parameters will be automatically set from "Date/Time" and "Network>Advanced" parameters of the camera.

F01: Minimize stream usage for liveview/settings pages. Installs a default stream profile 'analytics'.
F02: Increased frame rate for IE.
F03: Added support for reversing direction of Occupancy slave counter.
F04: Added GUI warning when Occupancy detects that a slave is out of sync (timewise).
F05: User now gets a warning if using Occupancy with default schedule.
