*	Makes "Schedule" section of settings page a subsection of the "Advanced" section and adds check boxes to toggle "Automatic" schedule (previously "Night mode") and "Manual" schedule on/off.

C01: We now only deny some specific character in counter name and report name instead of the majority of non alphanumeric characters.
C02: Fixes poor control over video resolution that would prevent counting under certain zone and height parameters. 
C03: Fixes integer overflow that would prevent counting under certain zone and height parameters.
