UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS
====================

The firmware can be upgraded using Axis Camera Management, HTTP or FTP.
Please follow the instructions from the user's manual, the web page at
http://www.axis.com/techsup/cam_servers/how_to_upgrade.htm or the file named
howtoupgrade.txt.

Release 5.55.1
=================
5.55.1 is the first official production release for the AXIS Q1931-E.

Known Bugs/Limitations
======================

5.55.1:L01  Using control queue with Java Applet may result in wrong
            queue positions if switching between admin and viewer users.

5.55.1:L02  Video motion detection will detect objects behind privacy masks.

5.55.1:L03  The ipv6.class field will have the same value in all IPv6
            packages. The class field value depends on the value of
            the DSCP setting.

5.55.1:L04  All installed ACAP will need to be re-installed after
            next firmware upgrade.

5.55.1:L05  When using an action rule resulting in short recordings,
            it is recommended to extend post-trigger time.

5.55.1:L06  Video performance might be degraded when ip address
            filtering is enabled. Disable network logging in plain
            config to increase performance.

5.55.1:L07  Upgrading the camera in IE10 from a slow disk such as a
            network-share might cause the upgrade info webpage to
            timeout. The camera will still be upgraded.

5.55.1:L08  Creating a stream profile with special characters does
            not work in Internet Explorer

5.55.1:L09  Not possible to view live or recorded video in Internet
            Explorer 10 Modern UI in Microsoft Windows 8.

5.55.1:L10  The Audio tab web page indicates loading until moving to
            a different tab or page.

5.55.1:L11  To avoid corrupt recordings, it is recommended to unmount the 
            SD Card before ejecting it.

5.55.1:L12  Multiple simultaneous recordings to SD cards and network shares
            can degrade the performance of the system.

5.55.1:L13  Windows Network Shares do not handle all modifiers e.g. %c, since
            modifiers are UNIX standard.

5.55.1:L14  Video overlay text size is a global setting and can not be set for
            each stream profile.

5.55.1:L15  Live view does not work with QuickTime player using default settings.
            Workaround: Disable Direct3D acceleration in Quicktime.
