UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS
====================

The firmware can be upgraded using Axis Camera Management 2.0, HTTP or FTP.
Please follow the instructions from the user's manual, the web page at
http://www.axis.com/techsup/cam_servers/how_to_upgrade.htm or the file named
howtoupgrade.txt.

Improvements
============

5.40.3.3:I01 Improved events stability (TCP notifications, SD-cards).

5.40.3.3:I02 Improved streaming (video memory adjustment, correct UDP checksums, 
	     TTL value for Always Multicast as well as receiver's MTU are now 
	     taken into account).

Corrections
===========

5.40.3.3:C01 WDR issues at short exposure times are solved.

Known Bugs/Limitations
======================

5.40.3.3:L01 Removing and reinserting SD card during recording is not
             recommendable.

5.40.3.3:L02 With audio enabled, the initial connection latency is increased.

5.40.3.3:L03 Check and repair is only available if the file system is ext4.

5.40.3.3:L04 A combination of a high bandwidth continuous recording and a lot
             of small recordings can result in disc full. The automatic clean
             up will stop at that point and the user has to manually
             remove recordings.

5.40.3.3:L05 If you set max gain to a low value, e.g. 0, the IR cut filter
             may not switch back on automatically.

5.40.3.3:L06 Using modifiers like %c in a network share upload event does not
             work.

5.40.3.3:L07 Multiple simultaneous recordings to SD cards and network shares
             can degrade the performance of the system.

5.40.3.3:L08 Remote back focus operation will be disabled when the temperature
             is too low. Information will be shown in system log.

5.40.3.3:L09 The micophone input level is by default quite high.
             Workaround: Lower the input gain to reach an appropriate level.
