RELEASE 5.40.3 ============ 5.40.3 is the first official production release for the AXIS Q1604 Known Bug/Limitations ===================== 5.40.3:L01 Removing and reinserting SD card during recording is not recommendable. 5.40.3:L02 With audio enabled, the initial connection latency is increased. 5.40.3:L03 Remote back focus operation will be disabled when the temperature is too low. Information will be shown in system log. 5.40.3:L04 If using Internet explorer versions below 9 it is not possible to show complete recipient name in the ActionRules Recipient dropbox. Maximum it can show 10 characters. 5.40.3:L05 A combination of a high bandwidth continuous recording and a lot of small recodings can result in disc full. The automatic clean up will stop at the point and the user have to manualy remove recordings. 5.40.3:L06 Check and repair is only available if the file system is ext4. 5.40.3:L07 If the default compression is set to 50 or above when constant bit rate is enabled, the camera fails to produce a H.264 video stream. 5.40.3:L08 Audio clips does not work 5.40.3:L09 In an AVHS installation, the clock is not synchronized with the AVHS server which may lead to incorrectly scheduled recordings. 5.40.3:L10 Under rare circumstances no recordings are shown under Storage Overview when connecting to a network share. 5.40.3:L11 When using the H.264 rate controller with a low GOV length (e.g. 3) you can get disrupted video. Use GOV length > 7. 5.40.3:L12 "Network lost" trigger is not available in Action rule setup. 5.40.3:L13 It's not possible to download recordings bigger than 4GB from the system. 5.40.3:L14 If you set max gain to a low value, e.g. 0, the IR cut filter may not switch back on automatically. 5.40.3:L15 When action rules run, the name of the rule will sometimes be incorrectly logged in the system log. 5.40.3:L16 Using modifiers like %c in a network share upload event does not work. 5.40.3:L17 It's not possible to trigger action rules based on temperature. 5.40.3:L18 Multiple simultaneous recordings to SD cards and network shares can degrade the performance of the system. 5.40.3:L19 The micophone input level is by default quite high. Workaround: Lower the input gain to reach a appropriate level Application Developer Information ================================= The AXIS VAPIX Application Programming Interface is supported by the AXIS Q1604/Q1604-E.
