     Release description:

     1. Improved resistance against currupted packages recieved by the print
        server. On previous software versions the ethernet mac layer stopped 
        to receive packets.  

     2. A bug causing garbage to be printed on the serial port has been fixed 

     Recommendation:

     - An update to this release is recommended if there have been any
       problems in an installation.

     Appendix A - TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF RELEASE          App A 

     1. Improved resistance against currupted packages recieved by the
        print server. 
        
        It seems to appear on all networks with a high rate of currupted
        packages.

        An error recovery routine has been added to prevent problems.
                


     2. Problems with garbage signs printed on the serial port has been fixed 

        The malfunction was found when printing with NPRINTER and with the
        serial port set to ROBUST but it may show up with other protocols 
        and settings as well. When the bug occured an extra block of garbage 
        data was sent to the printer from the logical printers.
