 Corrected problems in version 6.31
 ==================================

 o The structure of the SDP Service Record for HCRP was not correct in
   6.30, which meant that some clients would not recognise the HCRP service.
   This has been corrected. Furthermore the 1284ID attribute has been added
   to the service record.

 o Reverse data is now handled correctly in HCRP.

 o Empty OBEX packets, i.e. packets without a body or with an empty body,
   are now acked. Several Object Push clients (including TDK's Bluetooth
   dongle) would wait forever for an ack that we would never send.
