 Improvements in the recovery of parallel port communication when a printer
 have had a paper out, busy, off line or similar state. This improves the
 stability of communication between the printer and print server.

 When a connected printer is powered on, queued print jobs are started.

 When a connected printer goes online from a paper out, busy, off line or
 similar state,  queued print jobs are started.
