When scanning many pages in a row from the multiple documents feeder, the 1650 would eventually hang. 4. Corrected a memory access error occuring in the 1650, when disconnecting from a scan job. This could in rare cases cause the 1650 to hang. Non CAPT printing: 1. Responds with the correct Raw port number, when asked by the CAPT Print Monitor. 2. Job log made available also, when printer unavailable. 3. Changed status reporting of USB interface status FAULT from "service call" to the less severe "Check Printer". 4. Corrected japanese translation of status string "Out of Paper". CAPT printing: 1. The CAPT print buffer isn't freed until another printer type (non-CAPT) is connected, in order not to run out of memory for CAPT printers. 2. Solution for support case 1650 and Canon LBP-1210, where printing would not work after powering off the printer during the night. 3. Problems with status update after printer power off on some CAPT2.1 printers solved. This problem caused print jobs to hang. 4. Corrections in close of CAPT print jobs. 5. Correction for CAPT1.0 printers. All CAPT commands are now always sent to the printer, even if the 1650 could detect that the request is wrong. 6. CAPT print underrun problem fixed.
