2.04:1 Added support for NU-700 models.

Known problems and limitations in version 2.04
==============================================

Note! Some limitations are also model dependent and can behave
      different on different models!

2.04:2 To use this version of the driver, firmware 4.30 or higher
       is required.

2.04:3 If a unit in the daisy-chain is disconnected or have a power fail,
       communication with the following units are interrupted. See the
       help-page for more information.

2.04:4 A focus movement will stop any ongoing continuous zoom movements.

2.04:5 A focus movement will wait until an ongoing zoom movements is ready.


Known problems and limitations with NU-700 models.
======================================================
2.04:6  Manual iris control only controls the iris. To control
	shutter speed and gain the auxiliary commands have to be used.

2.04:7  It is not possible to mix NU-700 and other vcc models
	on the same server.

2.04:8  It is only possible to connect a single NU-700 unit

2.04:9  NU-700 only supports relative focus.
