Note! Some limitations are also device type dependent and can behave
      different on different Surveyor devices.

2.00:2 To use this version of the driver, firmware 4.30 or higher
       is required.

2.00:3 No Zoom-, Focus- or Iris-functions implemented. Only Pan/tilt-
       movements with speedcontrol can be used with this driver.

2.00:4 No continuous movements supported.
