2.03:1 Added new DeviceTypes, "Spectra IV" and "Spectra Mini".

2.03:2 Added support for Backlight Compensation when using a Pelco
       "Spectra IV" model.


Known problems and limitations in version 2.03
==============================================

Note! Some limitations are also device type dependent and can behave
      different on different Pelco devices!

2.03:3 To use this version of the driver, firmware 4.30 or higher
       is required.

2.03:4 With auto-focus set off, after a pan, tilt or zoom movement,
       the auto-focus will be activated.

2.03:5 With auto-iris set off and zoom wide, after a pan or tilt movement,
       the auto-iris will be activated.

2.03:6 With auto-iris set on and the iris manual changed,
       after a zoom movement, the iris is not changed.
       With auto-iris set on and zoom tele and the iris manual changed,
       after a pan or tilt movement, the iris is not changed.


Known problems and limitations with Pelco Spectra III.

2.03:7 Pan, tilt and zoom positions may sometimes be displayed in the picture.

2.03:8 To enable auto-iris, a 15 degrees pan or tilt movement is required.
