2.01:1 Added notification for driver movements. This is used by
       motion detection and it can also be used by events.

2.01:2 Added support for OSD menus and ircut filter.


Known problems and limitations in version 2.01
==============================================

Note! Some limitations are also device type dependent and can behave
      different on different Panasonic devices!

2.01:3 To use this version of the driver, firmware 4.30 or higher
       is required.

2.01:4 With "autoiris=on" and the iris manual changed, after a
       pan, tilt or zoom movement, the iris is not changed.

2.01:5 A manual or continuous focus move will set "autofocus=off".

2.01:6 The focus, after a "one-shot-autofocus" command, is sometimes not
       perfect.

2.01:7 A continuous focus command may temporary interrupt or disturb
       an ongoing zoom movement. A relative pan/tilt/zoom command
       may temporary disable continuous focus movements.
       A relative focus or iris command may temporary disable
       continuous pan/tilt/zoom movements.
