Upgrade instructions

Upgrade the firmware with AXIS Camera Management or HTTP.
Follow the instructions given in howtoupgrade.txt, which 
is included in the firmware folder.

Fixed - LLDP: The LLDP packet with ieee 802.3 power via mdi information sent from fiber port.
Fixed - LLDP: When the switch receives an packet with LLDP-MED, it will send an IEEE802.3 MAC/ PHY packet with two configuration/status TLV. 
Fixed - SNMPv3: SNMPv3 username value will have an error message after rebooting.
